Should I be worried?

Ok so we found this thing on our ceiling the other night:

Only our ceilings are quite high so we couldn't reach it to catch it in something. Thing is now its been a few days since we last saw it and we don't know where it went!

We do tend to get those massive face hugging spiders that sprint across our carpet (I HATE THAT!), I mean this is one we caught ages ago that I uploaded to youtube:

I just hope this ceiling one doesn't grow big enough to turn into one!

Well I've still not seen this minature face hugger, although we do now have 2 new permanent 8-legged residents in our bathroom that look similar to this one:

Not my pic, I just can't be bothered taking a photo!

They don't really move, they're been in the ceiling corners for about a month now, they just rotate every now and again.

I'm thinking about naming them, but once I've gone down that route I'll feel bad when I evict them!

YES BE WORRIED! Napalm the place! those look EEEEEVIL!

Oh and name them after someone you hate...then kill them haha!
